Online + In-Person = HYBRID

Whats Hybrid?

Hybrid Training is multifaceted approach which combines both Online Training and 1-1 PT. This allows you to see your Personal Trainer face to face twice per month, get real time feed back and experience the rush of being pushed at least some of the time! We will prescribe workouts, nutrition goals and checkins to help keep you on track whilst giving you an aspect of independence which will enable you to get amazing results whilst empowering you to take responsibility over your own habits and actions.
