The crazy thing is there is only 4kg difference between pictures too! Big composition change with weightlifting, dropped body-fat and increased muscle tissue and strength.

Ollie has been a great PT for helping me to build my strength and conditioning around my sport specific goals. We have trained together for over two years and in that time, Ollie has put a lot of time and effort in to researching different exercises and plans that would benefit me and the little-known sport I play. Not only have we built up my strength, but our sessions have also built up my confidence and commitment to going to the gym. Some highlights of our work together have been increasing my jump distance nearly 20% in a focused six week window and me being selected for the United Kingdom Tchoukball Squad.
