Whats Guaranteed?

As a certified trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. This allows anyone to receive support, via an exclusive application, online communications or face to face.

Upon your first consultation you will be asked to fill out an in depth questionnaire covering your health, nutrition, life style and anatomy. Measurements such as height, weight, body fat percentage and progress pictures can be taken.

Also assessments of strength, cardiovascular and flexibility tests will be carried out dependent upon your goals. Here, it is important to collect as much data as possible to set a starting point for you, so that we can progress from there.

If you also require therapy treatment to ease muscular pains, injuries and improve range of motion to build strength in those areas again this can be a bi-product of the assessments as well.

Consultation

This is a key moment in the process where we can get to know each other better and helps us understand what your life looks like outside of the gym as well as in. We will have a conversation which will help give us a deeper understanding of what success looks like for you. Expressing what you would like also give's clarity within you're thinking too.

We will Identify any barriers or Fad's which may have been preventing you getting the results you wanted in the past. (you can easily be fooled by marketing tricks)

Then creating a realistic goal and the mechanism of working towards that goal will be discussed.

Movement Assessment

"Don't add strength to

dysfunction" Gray Cook

It's understandable that we want to hit the weights straight away right?

But if the goal is to improve, then shouldn't we evaluate first? This is one of the first initial assessments we will do in your first session of personal training, or videos can be sent over if you live afar.

If you have an injury history or have already confirmed niggles/discomforts then this process will help confirm why these problems are arising and a provide a solution too.

This is the start point to find your base, then an elite personal trainer can prescribe an exercise plan to progress.

Benefits Of The Assessment
